Southern Utah is home to many different species of animals and birds. We have black bear, pronghorn antelope, elk, moose, mule deer, cougar, bobcat, jack rabbits, many type of reptiles, as well as almost 200 species of birds.

Birders will have a good chance of spotting Bald and Golden Eagles, many kinds of hawks, hummingbirds, and many kinds of songbirds. We also have occasional sightings of California Condors.
