Here at the Bryce Trails Bed and Breakfast Inn, we are pleased to offer comfortable bed and breakfast lodging, unparalleled service, and delicious breakfasts. Compare our rooms, service, and rates. Room Rates

Please see our Rooms pages for individual room descriptions and rates. Throughout the year, we offer seasonal specials, packages, and other discounts. Please see our Specials & Packages page for current offerings.
Rates are based on two persons per room, extra charge for per additional person (including children) and include superb accommodations, gourmet breakfast, spectacular mountain views, and use of all inn facilities, including the outdoor sun porch.
State and local Tax additional and rates subject to change without notice.

Reservation Policy

Full payment is required at time of reservation. We will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and cash. As for cash payment, a credit card will be required at the time of on-line reservation. Reserve your Bryce Canyon lodging early to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be given minus a $20 processing fee for cancellations that are at least 15 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the first night’s stay.
Refunds will not be given for early departures.

General Information

For your health and ours, we are a non-smoking establishment.
This property is not suitable for small children or pets.
Every room assigned a maximum capacity. Please see our Rooms pages for each room capacity.
Children 7 years and older are welcome.
Check-in time is 3 to 7 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. A phone call is requested if check-in time is not within this time frame.
Breakfast is served in the dining room beginning between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.. For early breakfast, special dietary requirements, or for any other special need, please check with us so that we can make special arrangements.
